PREMATURE EJACULATION

INTRODUCTION

Premature Ejaculation: Occurs in men when semen leave the body (ejaculate) sooner than wanted during sex. Premature ejaculation is a common sexual complaint. As many as 1 out of 3 people say they have it at some time.

PREMATURE EJACULATION

A common sexual complaint is a premature ejaculation. One in three people reports having it at some point. Premature ejaculation is not a cause for concern if it occurs seldom. However, if you usually or nearly always ejaculate within 1 to 3 minutes after penetration, you may be diagnosed with premature ejaculation.

Are unable to postpone ejaculation during sex all or nearly all of the time, Feel upset and frustrated, and as a result, avoid sexual closeness. Premature ejaculation is a treatable illness. Medications, counseling, and strategies that delay ejaculation can all help you and your partner have better sex.

SYMPTOMS

The most common symptom of premature ejaculation is inability to delay ejaculation for more than three minutes after penetration. However, it can happen in any sexual situation, including masturbation.
Premature ejaculation can be classified as:

    • Lifelong: Lifelong premature ejaculation occurs all or nearly all the time beginning with the first sexual encounter.
    • Acquired: Acquired premature ejaculation develops after having previous sexual experiences without problems with ejaculation.

Many people believe they have symptoms of premature ejaculation, but the symptoms do not meet the diagnostic criteria. It is common to have early ejaculation at times.

WHAT CAUSES THE DISEASE? THE DISEASE?

The Poster for “What causes an early climax?”.

It is unknown what causes premature ejaculation. It was previously thought to be purely psychological. However, doctors now understand that premature ejaculation is caused by a complex interaction of psychological and biological factors.

Psychological causes
Psychological factors that might play a role include:

    • Early sexual experiences
    • Sexual abuse
    • Poor body image
    • Depression
    • Worrying about premature ejaculation
    • Guilty feelings that can cause you to rush through sex
    • Erectile dysfunction
    • Anxiety
    • Relationship problems

Biological causes
Several biological factors might contribute to premature ejaculation. They may include:

    • Irregular hormone levels
    • Irregular levels of brain chemicals
    • Swelling and infection of the prostate or urethra
    • Inherited traits

CURRENT TREATMENTS TREATMENTS

Ninety-five percent of men are helped by behavioral techniques that help control ejaculation.

    • Stop and start Technique

You or your partner stimulate your penis until you feel like you’re going to have an orgasm. Stop the arousal for about 30 seconds or until the feeling passes. Start the stimulation again and repeat three or four more times before you ejaculate.

    • The Squeeze Technique

It works the same way as the start and stop method. But, when you feel like you’re reaching orgasm, you or your partner squeezes the head of your penis until you lose the erection. Repeat this a few times before ejaculating.

    • Strengthen your muscles

Kegel exercises may help strengthen them. Find the right muscles to tighten by stopping your urine in midstream. Hold them tight for 3 seconds and then release them for 3 seconds. Do this 10 times, at least three times a day.

    • Wear a condom

It may desensitize to enough so it can last longer.

    • Masturbating a few hours before sex

Some men find that masturbating a few hours before sex helps them stay in control during intercourse. Get busy before you “get busy”

    • Take A Medicine

EXOSOME RESEARCH - CELLTIX CELLTIX

CelltiX is an extracted communicating vesicle derived from Umbilical Cord Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs). CelltiX is prepared in our state-of-the-art cGMP facility.

CelltiX is a new type of major paracrine factor released by MSCs into a culture medium playing an important function in a multitude of biological processes.

Definition

Stem cells are unspecialized cells of the human body.

Extracellular vesicles, which is the medical term for tiny bubbles that are released from stem cells.

Function

Unique, can become any type of cell, and they act as both building blocks and repair mechanisms in your body.

Carry genetic information and proteins to cells throughout your body, and they create paths for communication between cells.

Origins

Donor stem cells are placed in your body and are guided into becoming specific cells in the body to replace and repair diseased cells.

Exosomes are extracted from donated human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and sterilized.

Growth Factors

Less amount of growth factors compared to exosomes.

Exosomes contain nearly three times the amount of growth factors. More growth factors mean a better ability to restore and revitalize target cells.

Administration

    • IV Stem Cell Research (Intravenous administration)
    • Intrathecal (directly into the spinal canal)
    • Site injections into problem areas (Knee, hips, hands, etc)
    • Intravenous (IV) research
    • Direct injection in the treatment area

MSC-derived exosomes ameliorate Premature Ejaculations’ in a rat model of cavernous nerve injury.

3D spheroid culturing afforded a 278-fold increase in the total protein content of CM, as compared to that from 2D cultures; the protein concentration increased by 19 times on increasing the centrifugation time for cut-off filtering. Biochemical assays indicated that the CM contains various types of angiogenic, neurotrophic, and anti-inflammatory factors. Histological assay results showed that MSC-CM has angio- and neuro-trophic effect in a CN injury rat model in vivo, and these therapeutic effects appear in a dose-dependent manner.

The experimental results confirmed the therapeutic effect of MSC-CM in healing damaged cavernosal tissue and restoring erectile function. These results successfully demonstrated that MSC-CM has significant potential for the treatment of Premature Ejaculation.
