A collaborator is a person or company who works jointly with us on an activity or project. Collaborators have an agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of a joint project, which delineates the contributions of both parties. These contributions may take the form of intellectual property, resources, services, research, product development, or marketing expertise to the project. Common terms in the agreement may include project funding, treatment of confidential information, and termination of the agreement. The relationship is mutually beneficial, with benefits for both parties.
